Rationale

Due to the small size of the site, clients who book then not arrive have a significant financial impact on us hence Hawes Villa Campervan site requires payment in full for all advance bookings.  Your pitch will be reserved once we have received payment in full.  

Cancellation policy

We realise that sometimes events beyond your control mean that you will not be able to take your booked holiday.  In the event of such an occurrence, we will refund half your money provided you let us know at least 14 days in advance of your stay. 

Covid cancellation policy

 If you are unable to take your holiday because we are told to close by the government, then your site fees will be refunded in full.
